1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, creating an account, or using any feature of Luật GPT (the “service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Scope of the service
Luật GPT là nền tảng tra cứu văn bản quy phạm pháp luật Việt Nam, cung cấp: tóm lược thông minh, câu hỏi thường gặp, tình trạng hiệu lực, lược đồ liên kết văn bản và tính năng Hỏi AI trên từng văn bản. Dữ liệu văn bản được tổng hợp từ nguồn chính thống — Cơ sở dữ liệu quốc gia về văn bản pháp luật.
Searching, reading summaries, and viewing full texts are completely free. Some advanced features (e.g., Ask AI) require an account and apply a reasonable usage quota.
3. User accounts
3.1. Registration
To use features that require signing in, you need to create an account with a username and password, or sign in via a third party (Google, Facebook). When registering, you may provide an email, phone number, and region (province/city, ward/commune). You undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information and not to impersonate others.
3.2. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Passwords are stored as a one-way hash — we cannot and do not store passwords in plain text.
3.3. Eligibility
You confirm that you are 15 years or older (or have a guardian's consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements when using the service. Each user is responsible for their own account.
3.4. Signing in via Google/Facebook
When you choose to sign in with a third-party account, you allow us to receive some basic information (identifier, email, display name) to create and link your account. Use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
4. AI assistant & usage quota
The “Ask AI about this document” feature lets you ask questions and receive answers grounded in the document content, with Article/Clause citations. To keep the service stable and fair for everyone, each account has a daily usage quota (measured in tokens), refreshed each day. We may adjust this quota over time.
You agree not to abuse the AI feature: do not automate large-scale queries or use it to create unlawful or fraudulent content or to infringe third-party rights.

When using the service, you must not:
- Automatically collect data (crawl/scrape) to a degree that causes overload or exceeds reasonable technical limits;
- Interfere with, scan for vulnerabilities in, sabotage, or disrupt the system;
- Access others' accounts without authorization or impersonate identities;
- Use the service for purposes that violate Vietnamese law or third-party rights;
- Copy or redistribute content created by Luật GPT on a commercial scale without attribution or permission.
7. Intellectual property
Văn bản quy phạm pháp luật thuộc phạm vi công và được dẫn từ nguồn chính thống của cơ quan nhà nước. Phần nội dung tóm lược, phân tích, giao diện, mã nguồn và cách trình bày thuộc quyền của Luật GPT. Bạn được phép trích dẫn cho mục đích cá nhân, học tập, phi thương mại với điều kiện dẫn nguồn rõ ràng.
8. Limitation of liability
We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that content is always complete, up to date, or error-free. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Luật GPT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the service and the information on the site.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if we detect a violation of these terms or conduct harmful to the system or other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via the contact email.
10. Changes to the terms
The terms may be updated over time to reflect changes in the service or the law. Updates take effect upon posting; continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation; if unsuccessful, they will be settled by a competent authority in Vietnam.
