제 64/SL 1958년 4월 22일

 

베트남 민주공화국 국가主席

 

1946년 3월 22일 제 33-SL 및 1946년 5월 22일 제 71-SL에 의거, 베트남 인민군 규칙을 정함;

1950년 7월 11일 제 121-SL에 의거, 국방부-총사령부 조직을 정함;

국방부 장관-총사령관의 건의에 따라,

지시를 발한다.

조 1: 베트남 인민군 총참모부 작전국장이었던 Trần Văn Quang 중위에게 부총참모장 겸 작전국장을 임명함.

조 2: 본 지시의 집행에 대한 책임은 국방부 장관-총사령관이 진다.
