제 65/TL 1958년 4월 22일

베트남 민주공화국 국가主席

 

1946년 3월 22일 제 33/TL 및 1946년 5월 22일 제 71/TL에 의거, 베트남 인민군 규칙을 정함;

1950년 7월 11일 제 121/TL에 의거, 국방부-총사령부를 조직함;

1957년 10월 16일 제 46/TL에 의거, 국방부-총사령부 소속 인원총 cục을 설립함;

국방부-총사령관의 건의에 따라,

특 령 하 명

조 1: 원 부총국장이었던 응우옌 반 비엔(阮文晉) 씨를 인원총 cục 총국장 직무대리를 임명함.

조 2: 국방부-총사령관은 본 특령의 집행에 대한 책임을 지음.
