베트남 민주공화국 대통령
1946년 3월 22일 제 33-SL 및 1946년 5월 22일 제 71-SL에 의거, 베트남 인민군 규칙을 정함;
1950년 7월 11일 제 121-SL에 의거, 국방부-총사령부를 조직함;
1957년 6월 3일 제 017-SL에 의거, 군구를 설치함;
국방부-총사령관 장관의 건의에 따라,
특 령 하 명
조 1: 이제 사단장급 간부 다엠 꽝 트ưng을 타강 군구 부사령관으로 임명함.
조 2: 국방부-총사령관 장관이 본 특령의 집행에 대한 책임을 지음.
