1948년 11월 19일 제 254-SL 지시에 따른 지역 인민 정부 조직;
1957년 8월 30일 제 041-SL 지시에 따라 Trần Cung 씨를 타 난 구 행정위원회 부위원장으로 임명함;
내무 장관의 건의에 따라;
다음과 같이 지시한다.
조 1: Trần Cung 씨는 타 난 구 행정위원회 부위원장직에서 물러나 다른 업무를 맡기로 함.
조 2: 내무 장관은 본 지시의 집행을 책임진다.
