내무부 장관과 하이duc성 인민위원회 주석의 건의를 검토함.
처분령
조 1. 하이duc성 남사군 남사진 읍의 행정구역을 조정하여 확장함으로써 다음과 같이 함
- 남중사의 자연면적 13.46ha와 인구 125명; 안람사의 자연면적 64.76ha와 인구 1,071명; 동락사의 자연면적 117.09ha와 인구 749명; 남홍사의 자연면적 46.82ha와 인구 415명을 남사진 읍 관할로 이관함.
남사진 읍은 자연면적 455.19ha와 인구 10,860명을 가짐
남사진 읍의 행정구역 경계: 동쪽은 남사군 안람사와 동락사와 접함; 서쪽은 남사군 홍풍사와 남홍사와 접함; 남쪽은 남사군 안주사와 접함; 북쪽은 남사군 남중사와 접함.
행정구역 경계 조정 후
- 남중사는 자연면적 394.70ha와 인구 5,110명을 남김
- 안람사는 자연면적 590.45ha와 인구 6,193명을 남김
- 동락사는 자연면적 684.33ha와 인구 6,562명을 남김
- 남홍사는 자연면적 354.01ha와 인구 4,971명을 남김
남사군은 자연면적 13,280ha와 인구 141,723명을 가지며, 23개 행정구역을 포함하고 있으며, 이는 남흥사, 남탄사, 청광사, 국순사, 합진사, 협가사, 남정사, 남중사, 안선사, 태진사, 명진사, 홍풍사, 남홍사, 상달사, 안람사, 남동사, 애국사, 동락사, 안주사, 부 điển사, 안평사, 공화사 및 남사진 읍을 포함함.
조 2. 본 시행령은 공보에 게재된 날로부터 15일 후 효력 발생함. 본 시행령과 충돌하는 모든 규정은 폐지됨.
조 3. 내무부 장관, 하이duc성 인민위원회 주석 및 관련 기관 책임자가 본 시행령을 집행함에 대한 책임을 지음.
