내무부 장관과 하이duc성 인민위원회 주석의 건의를 검토함.

조 1. 하이duc성 남사군 남사진 읍의 행정구역을 조정하여 확장함으로써 다음과 같이 함
- 남중사의 자연면적 13.46ha와 인구 125명; 안람사의 자연면적 64.76ha와 인구 1,071명; 동락사의 자연면적 117.09ha와 인구 749명; 남홍사의 자연면적 46.82ha와 인구 415명을 남사진 읍 관할로 이관함.
남사진 읍은 자연면적 455.19ha와 인구 10,860명을 가짐
남사진 읍의 행정구역 경계: 동쪽은 남사군 안람사와 동락사와 접함; 서쪽은 남사군 홍풍사와 남홍사와 접함; 남쪽은 남사군 안주사와 접함; 북쪽은 남사군 남중사와 접함.
행정구역 경계 조정 후
- 남중사는 자연면적 394.70ha와 인구 5,110명을 남김
