1980년 12월 18일 국회가 사회주의 공화국 베트남 헌법의 시행에 관한 몇 가지 사항을 규정한 결의안을 근거로 함;
사회주의 공화국 베트남 헌법 제100조를 근거로 함;
정부 총리회의의 건의에 따라;
결의한다.
1980년 12월 5일 부다페스트에서 체결된 경제 국제기구의 법적 지위, 특권 및 면책 사항에 관한 협약을 승인함.
