제 151호 1946년 8월 13일

베트남 민주공화국 총리

1946년 8월 13일 제 150호 지시에 따라 군위회 특파원을 설치함,

군위회 주석의 요청에 따라 국방부 장관이 협의함,

다음과 같이 지시함:

조 제1항- 황 hữu 남 씨를 군위회 특파원으로 임명함.

조 제2항- 군위회 주석이 본 지시의 집행을 위임함.
