1946년 5월 3일 제호 명령 제57호에 따른 각 부의 조직에 관한 규정을 참조함.
보건부 장관의 건의를 받고,
다음과 같이 지시한다.

이제phan dinh dien씨에게 보건부 사무총리직을 맡기게 한다.
조 2
본 명령에 따라 보건부 장관은 이를 시행한다.
