내무부 장관과 꾸앙치성 인민위원회 주석의 건의를 검토함에 있어,

조 1. 이제 다음과 같이 꾸앙치성 쁘onna코우 군도를 설립한다.
쁘onna코우 군도는 꾸앙치성 빈롱군 비응uong社의 쁘onna코우島의 모든 자연면적과 인구를 기초로 설립된다.
쁘onna코우 군도는 220ha의 자연면적과 400명의 인구를 가진다.
쁘onna코우 군도 행정구역 경계: 동; 서; 남; 북은 동해와 접한다.
쁘onna코우 군도 행정구역 경계 조정 후,
빈롱군 비응uong社는 223.36ha의 자연면적과 5,220명의 인구를 남긴다.
꾸앙치성 빈롱군은 62,634.61ha의 자연면적과 88,393명의 인구를 가진 22개의 직할 행정단위를 남긴다.
꾸앙치성은 동하시, 꾸앙치시, 빈롱군, 교림군, 감로군, 추오폭군, 해량군, 향화군, 다크롱군 및 쁘onna코우 군을 포함한 10개의 직할 행정단위를 가진다.
