국회의 상임위원회

사회주의공화국 베트남국가

베트남민주공화국 헌법 제53조를 근거로 하여,

다음과 같이 결정한다.

1963년 1월 14일 베트남민주공화국 정부와 체코슬로바키아 사회주의공화국 정부 사이에 체결된 영사협정을 승인함을 긍정한다.
