베트남민주사회공화국 주석

다음과 같이 특령을 발표함.

 

조 1

다음을 공포함에 있어 이를 선포한다 :

"토지개혁법"

사회주의공화국베트남 제3차회의에서 1953년 12월 4일 통과된 것을 게시한다.

조 2

베트남민주사회공화국 정부는 본 특령을 집행하기로 한다.
