사회주의共和國越南民主政體國務主席

제198/SL 호 1953년 12월 20일

사회主義共和國越南民主政体国家主席

1945년 11월 22일 제63-SL에 의하여 지방인민정부를 조직함;

1948년 11월 19일 제254-SL에 의하여 항전기의 지방인민정부를 조직함;

1947년 12월 31일 제150-SL에 의하여 내무성의 임무와 권한을 정함;

내무부장관의 건의에 따라,

 

특 령 함

조 1: 현시점에서 Trằn Kiěn, 즉 Chân을 태angan kháng chiến hành chính khu Tả Ngạn의 위원으로 임명함.

조 2: 내무부장관은 본 특령에 따라 집행함.
