민주공화국 베트남

민주공화국 베트남 헌법 제53조를 근거로 하여,

다음과 같이 결정한다.

1962년 7월 6일 민주공화국 베트남 정부의 교통부와 쿠바 공화국의 교통부 사이에서 체결된 우정 및 통신 협정을 승인함을 결정한다.
