조 1. 이 결정은 의료 소모품 및 교체품 목록을 첨부하여 공고한다.
조 2. 의료 소모품 및 교체품 목록은 다음과 같은 기초가 된다:
1. 검진 및 치료 기관들이 공급하고 병원비를 징수하는 조직화
2. 의료 보험 기금이 현행 의료 보험 제도에 따라 보험 가입자에게 지급하는 것
조 3. 본 결정은 공보에 게재된 날로부터 15일 후부터 효력이 발생한다.
조 4. 각 부처의 장관, 검진 및 치료 관리국 국장, 건강보험과 과장, 계획 재정과 과장, 의료 장비 및 시설과 과장, 각 부처 및 국장, 중앙 직할 성 및 도의 병원 및 병원 소유 감독관, 각 부처의 보건 장관은 본 결정을 집행하는 책임이 있다./.
