사회주의 공화국 베트남 총리
1945년 8월 23일 정부 설립에 관한 선언문에 따라;
1946년 5월 5일 제 57호 각 부서의 직위를 규정한 특령에 따라;
1946년 5월 8일 제 62호 사무실, 각 실과 농업부 차관청의 직위를 규정한 특령에 따라;
1946년 8월 8일 제 63호 농업부 직원 임명을 위한 특령에 따라;
1946년 11월 12일李先生呂春厚提出的申請書根據；
农业部部长的提议，并经政府委员会协商后，
现发布特令如下：
第一条。 允许农业部办公厅主任黎春厚辞职。
第二条。本特令由农业部长负责执行。/.
