1992년 제정된 사회주의共和國越南宪法第103조 및 제106조를 근거로 하며, 제10기 10차 회의에서 국회의원 대표단 제51호 결의에 의하여 수정 보완된 것;

국회 조직법 제91조를 근거로 하며,

법률 제정 규범 법령 시행규칙 제57조를 근거로 하며,

이제 공포함

토지법

베트남 사회주의共和国 제13기 6차 회의에서 통과된 법률, 2013년 11월 29일.
