조 1.- 이제 꽁닌 성 연비社에서 1,117.77ha 자연면적과 1,364명 인구, 연화社에서 523.23ha 자연면적을 기초로 투언흥 현 희언방社를 설립한다.
희언방社는 1,641ha 자연면적과 1,364명 인구를 가진다.
희언방社 행정구역 경계: 동쪽은 하롱시 황담社와 tuần châu社와 접하고, 서쪽은 연비社와 접하며, 남쪽은 해방성 카트하이현 니익루社와 접하고, 북쪽은 연화社와 연비社와 접한다.
지방 행정 경계 조정 후
연비社는 3,258.02ha 자연면적과 8,453명 인구를 가진다.
