조 1. 이제 쩐 타우nga, 오 문, 부응 협 현 및 비_THANH 시를 포함한 카이 노 선 현의 일부 시, 방, 진을 설립하기 위해 행정 구역 경계를 조정함으로써 다음과 같이 함
1. 쩐 타우nga 현의 현청 진인 만 난 진을 설립하기 위해 탄 순 현의 자연면적 433ha와 인구 4,124명, 녀른 니까 아 현의 자연면적 297ha와 인구 2,632명을 조정함
만 난 진은 자연면적 730ha와 인구 6,756명을 가짐
만 난 진의 행정 구역 경계: 동쪽은 녀른 니까 아 현과 접함; 서쪽은 탄 순 현과 트uong_long_A 현과 접함; 남쪽은 THANH_XUAN 현과 부응 협 현과 접함; 북쪽은 트uong_long 현과 접함. 행정 구역 경계를 조정하여 만 난 진을 설립한 후:
