1959년 헌법 제53조를 근거로;
정부 총리의 건의에 따라;호;
다음과 같이 결의한다.
베트남 사회주의 공화국과 체코슬로바키아 사회주의 공화국 간의 우호 및 협력 조약(하노이, 1980년 2월 14일 서명)을 승인한다.
