베트남 민주공화국 정부 주석
1946년 5월 29일 제82호 명령에 따라 내무부 장관인 원용학(원효) 선생을 베트민 주석이 프랑스로 가는 동안의 주석 직무를 수행하도록 임명함;
1946년 6월 4일 제93호 명령에 따라 파리 사절단으로 천바방(천방) 선생을 임명함;
정부 총리는 협의를 거친 후;
다음과 같이 명령한다.
조 1
이제 국민경제부 고문으로 원응롱(응룡) 선생을 임명한다.
조 2
본 명령은 국민경제부 장관이 집행한다.
