ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS
ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LEGAL EFFECTIVENESS

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/NQ-QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly on the structure and organization of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers for the XIIth term;
Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents dated November 12, 2006; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;
Decree No. Decision No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of
the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legal Documents;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Affairs Department; the Director of the Machinery, Metallurgy and Chemicals Department; the Director of the Finance and Accounting Department; the Director of the Energy and Oil and Gas Department; the Director of the Planning and Investment Department; the Director of the Consumer Industry and Food Department; the Director of the Electricity Regulation Agency; the Director of the Industrial Safety Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of legal documents issued by the Ministry of Industry within its authority up to November 30, 2007 that have lost their legal effectiveness is hereby announced together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
