THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50-CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38-CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Fourth Construction Corporation (Proposal No. 938/TCT/TCCB-TT dated December 8, 2000) and the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Labor Service and Export Company under the Fourth Construction Corporation to carry out the business activities of the corporation related to sending Vietnamese laborers and experts to work abroad for a limited period.
Article 2. The Labor Service and Export Company is a dependent accounting unit of the Fourth Construction Corporation, having:
- Main office at No. 79/5 Xuan Huong Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (within the premises of the Fourth Construction Corporation). - International trading name: LABOUR SERVICE AND EXPORT COMPANY. Abbreviation: LASEC. - Capital and assets provided by the Fourth Construction Corporation. - Bank account at a commercial bank in accordance with the dependent accounting method of the company. - Seal according to the model prescribed for dependent economic units of enterprises. - Charter of organization and operation issued by the Board of Directors of the Fourth Construction Corporation.
Article 3. The General Director of the Fourth Construction Corporation shall specify the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Labor Service and Export Company and shall be responsible for all activities of the company in accordance with the law.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Fourth Construction Corporation, and the Heads of relevant departments under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
