REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TEMPORARY TASKFORCE UNDER THE PRIME MINISTER
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORT-IMPORT MECHANISMS FOR THE PERIOD 2001-2005

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister of Trade,
DECISION:
Article 1. The establishment of a temporary taskforce under the Prime Minister to review and improve the list of export-import goods requiring permits and conditions during the period 2001-2005, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 57/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 31, 1998 of the Government and the directives of the Prime Minister in Document No. 1136/CP-KTTH dated December 11, 2000, hereinafter referred to as Taskforce 1136.
Article 2. Taskforce 1136 shall be headed by the Minister of Commerce and a Vice Minister of Commerce as the Deputy Head, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Justice, the Office of the Government, the Prime Minister's Research Board, the Prime Minister's Economic Foreign Relations Research Group, the General Department of Customs, and other relevant ministries and agencies, invited by the responsible comrade according to each specialized field.
Article 3. Taskforce 1136 shall promptly arrange schedules and organize meetings with each agency to complete the tasks outlined in Article 1 of this Decree; submit to the Prime Minister before January 15, 2001, the related mechanisms.
Ministries and sectors are responsible for arranging a Deputy Minister and relevant departments to work with Taskforce 1136 according to the scheduled work plan.
Article 4. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance and ceases to be effective when the export-import mechanisms for the period 2001-2005 are issued.
Article 5. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and Taskforce 1136 are responsible for implementing this Decree.
