PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992

 Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly

Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;

NOW PROMULGATE

Resolution on amending and supplementing certain articles of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992.

Passed by the Tenth Session of the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on December 25, 2001./.
