REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF DECISION NO. 74/1999/QĐ-BCN DATED NOVEMBER 16, 1999 BY THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY TO TRANSFORM THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INTO A SUBSIDIARY ENTERPRISE UNDER VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION AND CONVERTING THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INTO A DEPENDENT ENTERPRISE UNDER VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
BASED ON THE LETTER NO. 1189/CP-ĐMDN DATED DECEMBER 31, 2001 FROM THE PRIME MINISTER APPROVING THE REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR SOME MEMBER UNITS OF VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION (LETTER NO. 2504/CV-HĐQT DATED OCTOBER 10, 2001);
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board under the Ministry of Industry and the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. CANCEL DECISION NO. 74/1999/QĐ-BCN DATED NOVEMBER 16, 1999 BY THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY TRANSFORMING THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY INTO THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Article 2. TRANSFORM THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, AN INDEPENDENT ENTERPRISE, INTO A DEPENDENT ENTERPRISE UNDER VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION.
THE DATA FOR TRANSFER SHALL BE CALCULATED AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2001 AND SUMMARIZED IN THE 2001 FINANCIAL REPORT OF VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS AND BUREAUS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT AND THE GENERAL MANAGER OF VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
