DECISION

ISSUING QCXDVN 01:2002 “STANDARD FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS TO ENSURE DISABLED PERSONS’ ACCESS AND USE”

MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to the Minutes No. 2124/BB-HĐ KHKT dated November 27, 2001 of the Sectoral Scientific and Technical Council approving “Construction standards for ensuring use by disabled persons”;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Institute of Architectural Research,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision one Construction Standard Vietnam: QCXDVN 01:2002 “Standard for construction projects to ensure disabled persons’ access and use”.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the Institute of Architectural Research, and the heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
