under the State Audit Office

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 70/CP dated July 11, 1994 of the Government on the establishment of the State Audit Agency;
At the proposal of the Chief State Auditor and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Committee of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. The State Audit Office in the North Central Region is established under the State Audit Office.
The State Audit Office in the North Central Region shall have legal personality, its own seal and separate account, operational funds provided from the state budget within the overall budget of the State Audit Office, with its headquarters located in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
Article 2. The Chief State Auditor shall specify the tasks, powers, and specific organizational structure of the State Audit Office in the North Central Region.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after the date of signing. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.
The Chief State Auditor, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial people's committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
