BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON FEES AND CHARGES NO. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 dated August 28, 2001, AND THE DECREE NO. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDINANCE ON FEES AND CHARGES;
AFTER CONSIDERING THE OPINION OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ISSUES GUIDELINES TO AMEND THE MOTORWAY USAGE FEE LEVEL FOR MILITARY VEHICLES OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AS PROVIDED IN THE CIRCULAR NO. 109/2002/TT-BTC DATED DECEMBER 6, 2002 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AS FOLLOWS:
1. AMENDING THE FACE VALUE OF THE NATIONAL MOTORWAY USAGE FEE TICKETS APPLICABLE TO MILITARY VEHICLES OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE WITH A RED BACKGROUND AND WHITE LETTERS AND NUMBERS EMBOSSED, AS FOLLOWS:
