DECISION
Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: The following 04 Industry Standards are hereby promulgated together with this Decision:
1. 28TCN102:2004: Mixed feed pellets for white shrimp.
2. 28TCN187:2004: Mixed feed pellets for giant freshwater prawn.
3. 28TCN188:2004: Mixed feed pellets for pangasius and basa fish.
4. 28TCN189:2004: Mixed feed pellets for tilapia.
Article 2: These standards shall be mandatorily applied to production and business establishments providing feed for shrimp and fish and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3: The Heads of the Office of the Ministry; Heads of Departments and Bureaus; Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry; Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management; Director of the Quality Control, Food Safety and Aquatic Animal Health Bureau; Heads of units specified in Article 2 and other related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
