PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts issued on November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented by the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 33/2002/ND-CP dated March 25, 2002 promulgating the implementation of the Ordinance on State Secrets Protection;

Considering the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court and the Minister of Public Security,

DECISION:

Article 1. The list of state secrets of the People's Court sector at Top Secret level includes:

1. Files and documents related to the trial of cases involving national security crimes. Reports and statistics on death sentences, closed trials according to the law that have not been published.

2. Contents of directives and plans for the trial of important cases, landmark cases, and complex cases as prescribed by competent authorities.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 208/TTg dated April 6, 1995 of the Prime Minister regarding the list of state secrets of the Supreme People's Court.

Article 3. The President of the Supreme People's Court and the Minister of Public Security are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision.
