ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSETS OF ENTERPRISES

THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
WHEREAS, Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 68/2005/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the Program to Support the Development of Intellectual Property Assets of Enterprises;
WHEREAS, Decision No. 1350/QĐ-BKHCN dated May 25, 2005 of the Minister of Science and Technology establishing the Board of Directors of the Program to Support the Development of Intellectual Property Assets of Enterprises;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSETS OF ENTERPRISES,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE "REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSETS OF ENTERPRISES".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTORS OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGENCY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
