Pursuant to the Labor Law dated June 23, 1994 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Labor Code dated April 12, 2002;
Pursuant to the Inspection Law dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
