Pursuant to the Labor Law dated June 23, 1994 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Labor Code dated April 12, 2002;
Pursuant to the Inspection Law dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the operation of state labor inspection in the manner of inspection officers responsible for regions".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Chief Inspector of the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, heads of units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
