Regarding the issuance of the Medal "For the Trade Cause"

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward number 15/2003/QH11, dated November 26, 2003;

At the proposal of the Standing Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward of the Ministry,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Medal "For the Trade Cause" is hereby issued to recognize the contributions of individuals who have made significant contributions to the trade cause of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Article 2. The awarding of the Medal "For the Trade Cause" shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulation on Awarding the Medal "For the Trade Cause" issued by the Minister of Trade.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Chairman of the Ministry's Encouragement of Competition and Reward Council, the Director of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Trade, Departments of Trade and Tourism under centrally governed cities and provinces, and the Standing Committee for Encouragement of Competition and Reward of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
