Regarding the issuance of the Agricultural Meteorology Law Code

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 141/HĐBT dated August 24, 1982 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) promulgating the Standardization Work Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Meteorology and Hydrology Department and the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Industry Standard 94 TCN 2-2006 "Agricultural Meteorology Law Code" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2This Decision shall take effect from June 1, 2006. The Agricultural Meteorology Law Code published by the General Bureau of Meteorology and Hydrology in 1993 is hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
