Pursuant to Decree No.Pursuant to Decree No. 117/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of officials and civil servants in state agencies;Pursuant to Decree No. 50/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 11, 2005 of the Government on the civil enforcement administration agency; civil enforcement agency and civil servants working in civil enforcement;
Pursuant to Decree No.After consultation with the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defense;Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant - Officer Department.
Pursuant to Decree No.This Decision promulgates the standard for the positions of civil enforcement examiner, senior civil enforcement examiner, and high-level civil enforcement examiner.The professional standards of the civil enforcement examiner positions stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision shall serve as the basis for implementing the selection, utilization, and management of officials and civil servants in accordance with the law.
The Minister of Justice shall base on the professional standards of civil enforcement examiners, senior civil enforcement examiners, and high-level civil enforcement examiners stipulated in this Decision to consider and appoint, dismiss from office, the positions of civil enforcement examiners within the civil enforcement administration agency and civil enforcement agencies in the military.
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Agencies under the Government, and Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

The Minister of Justice shall base on the professional standards for enforcement officers, chief enforcement officers, and senior enforcement officers in civil enforcement stipulated in this Decision to consider, appoint, and relieve from duty the positions of enforcement officers within management agencies and civil enforcement agencies in the military.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, and Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
