Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BTNMT of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment amends and supplements certain contents in the Economic and Technical Norms for Surveying and Mapping issued together with Decision No. 05/2006/QĐ-BTNMT. Pursuant to Government Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend and supplement certain contents of the economic and technical standards for map surveying issued together with Decision No. 05/2006/QĐ-BTNMT dated May 26, 2006 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment as follows:
1. Delete Points 3.6 and 3.7 Clause 3 (basis for establishing and revising economic and technical standards) of Part I.
2. Amend and supplement the name of Item a Point 3.2 Clause 3 Section I Chapter Two Part II as follows:
"a) Classification of difficulties for maps at scales of 1/2000, 1/5000, and 1/10000".
3. Amend the fifth item in Table 100 Point 6.2 Clause 6 Section I Chapter Two Part III as follows:
"Map at scale 1/5000, control distance 20m, photograph ratio ≤ 1/30000".
4. Amend Table 155 Item b Point 7.3 Clause 7 of the content on materials for printing topographic maps and thematic maps under Section IV Chapter Two Part III as follows:
