Issued PROVISIONALLY REGULATING THE USE OF PLASTIC POLES FOR LANE SEPARATION AND TRAFFIC SAFETY WARNING ON ROADS

BASED ON THE ROAD TRAFFIC LAW dated June 29, 2001;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF PLASTIC POLES FOR LANE SEPARATION AND TRAFFIC SAFETY WARNING ON ROADS.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT; THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS; THE DIRECTORS OF VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION AND VIETNAM TRAFFIC ENGINEERING QUALITY CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT AGENCY; THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENTS (PROVINCE TRANSPORT AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS); THE HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THESE REGULATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
