THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE SYSTEM OF CRITERIA AND STANDARDS FOR QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, HEADS OF CENTRAL ORGANIZATIONS OF POLITICAL- SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS WITH AFFILIATED VOCATIONAL COLLEGES; CHAIRS OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCILS AND CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; DIRECTORS OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENTS OF PROVINCES AND CITY DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING AGENCY, HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION.
