Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of cadres and civil servants in state agencies and Decree No. 121/2006/NĐ-CP dated October 23, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment in Circular No. 2577/BTNMT-TCCB dated July 11, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Cadre Affairs Department.
DECISION:

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentJob titles and rank codes for ranks of civil servants in the natural resources and environment sector shall serve as the basis for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to issue professional standards for ranks of civil servants in the natural resources and environment sector.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. Abolishing the ranks of senior meteorological and hydrological forecasting officer (code number 14.103), principal meteorological and hydrological forecasting officer (code number 14.104), meteorological and hydrological forecasting officer (code number 14.105), senior environmental resource monitoring officer (code number 14.106), environmental resource monitoring officer (code number 14.107), and junior-level environmental resource monitoring officer (code number 14.108) in the list of ranks of civil servants issued together with Decision No. 78/2004/QĐ-BNV dated November 3, 2004 of the Minister of Home Affairs on issuing the list of ranks of civil servants and ranks of civil servants.
Article 5. The Minister, heads of ministries equivalent to ministries, heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
