THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Electronic Transactions dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 27/2007/ND-CP dated February 23, 2007 on electronic transactions in the financial sector;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Customs,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Circular on Recognition of Organizations Providing Value-Added Services for Electronic Transactions in Customs Activities.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Customs, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
