Regarding the issuance of the Framework Training Program for Construction Valuation Business

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on the management of construction project investment costs;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Economic Finance Department and the President of the Institute of Construction Economics.

Article 1. The Framework Training Program for Construction Valuation Business is hereby issued together with this Decision. This framework program serves as the basis for compiling teaching materials and organizing training and development programs for construction valuation business.

Article 2. The certificate of completion of the training and development program for construction valuation business as prescribed in this Decision shall be the basis for issuing the construction valuation engineer certificate.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
