The Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Finance guide amending Point 3.2 Clause 3 Section II Circular No. 135/2007/TTLT-BQP-BYT-BTC dated September 5, 2007 of the Joint Ministries: National Defense, Health, and Finance guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 153/2006/NĐ-CP dated December 22, 2006 of the Government on medical examination and treatment and material standards for health care for personnel engaged in confidential work; implementing mandatory health insurance for dependents of personnel engaged in confidential work as follows:
"3. Funding to implement:"
3.2. Cease collecting 1% of monthly salary from officers, professional military personnel working at the Government Confidential Communications Bureau; individuals engaged in confidential work receiving salaries according to the rank-based pay scale for officers of the People's Army and individuals engaged in confidential work receiving salaries according to the professional military personnel pay scale belonging to the People's Army working at the Government Confidential Communications Bureau and various ministries, sectors, provinces, and centrally-administered cities."
This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature.
The cessation of collecting 1% of salary from individuals engaged in confidential work shall be implemented as of January 1, 2009.
During implementation, any issues should be reported to the Joint Ministries: National Defense, Health, and Finance for consideration and resolution./.
