CIRCULAR

Issuing the Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Passenger Cableways, High-Speed Roller Coasters, and Slide Systems

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1996 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Labor Code on occupational safety and health, and Decree No. 110/2002/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2002 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1996 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product and Goods Quality;

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby issues the Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Passenger Cableways, High-Speed Roller Coasters, and Slide Systems, as follows:

Article 1. Issuing the procedure

1. Attached hereto is the Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Passenger Cableways, High-Speed Roller Coasters, and Slide Systems.

2. The symbols of the procedures are as follows:

a) Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Passenger Cableways:

QTKĐ: 01/2010/BLĐTBXH.

b) Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for High-Speed Roller Coasters:

QTKĐ: 02/2010/BLĐTBXH.

c) Technical Safety Inspection Procedure for Slide Systems:

QTKĐ: 03/2010/BLĐTBXH.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2010.

Article 3. Implementation Provisions

1. The following officials are responsible for implementing this Circular: Director of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate, Director of the Legal Department, Director of the Ministry's Inspectorate, heads of relevant Departments and Bureaus, heads of technical safety inspection organizations, and related organizations and individuals.

2. The Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and inspecting the implementation of this Circular.

3. In case of difficulties during implementation, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
