PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Construction Law dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Dikes dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Flood and Storm Prevention Ordinance 1993 and the Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Flood and Storm Prevention Ordinance 2000;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on Handling Bank Erosion along Rivers and Coasts are promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 1, 2011.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
