Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of 03 June 2008;

Pursuant to the Youth Law dated November 29, 2005,

To strengthen cooperation in worknationalbetween the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union, while enhancing the effectiveness of activities of both parties in the new period, the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union hereby issue this Joint Resolution on the Regulations on Cooperation in Work between the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union.

Article 1. These Regulations are attached to this Joint Resolution.

Article 2. This Resolution shall take effect from March 1, 2013.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities; the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union, the Provincial and Centrally-Run City Youth Unions within their respective functions, tasks, powers shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution.

During the implementation of this Resolution, the Government Office and the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union shall have the responsibility to propose the Government and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Youth Union to consider amending and supplementing when necessary./.
