On the basis of Article 88 and Article 91 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
On the basis of Article 19 of the National Assembly Organization Law;
Pursuant to Article 57 of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents,

the Environmental Police Ordinance
It was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the XIIIth term, on December 23, 2014./.
