CIRCULAR
Issuing Supplemental List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Trade in Vietnam kinh doanh tại Việt Nam

WHEREAS Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Seed Law No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT hereby issues the Supplementary List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Trade in Vietnam.
Article 1. This Circular supplements the List of Crop Varieties Permitted for Production and Trade in Vietnam, including: 22 rice varieties, 11 maize varieties, 01 tea variety, and 01 citrus variety (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 9, 2015.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Production Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
